This Team Leader position is based in Darwin and supports a small and dedicated team of allied health professionals who provide outreach allied health services (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Pathology) across a number of Top End rural and remote communities. As part of this position, you will plan and coordinate multidisciplinary service delivery, provide leadership and supervision to allied health professionals, and lead a number of quality and service improvement activities. The role involves travel to remote communities to support staff, community stakeholders, and service delivery on the ground. If you have demonstrated leadership skills and are passionate about rural and remote allied health, this is the job for you.
