In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for providing comprehensive human resources administration support to the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN). You will oversee the efficient delivery of HR services, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of HR administrators to achieve optimal performance and service deliveryOverseeing the accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and contract managementCollaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and customer serviceProviding expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to managers and staff across the NALHNMonitoring team performance, identifying training needs and fostering a culture of continuous learning and developmentAbout You: Are you dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic, growing healthcare network where you will be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality care to the community?
