ABOUT THE ROLE As the Team Leader for our Homelessness Prevention Services you will oversee the operations and service delivery of the program and provide leadership and guidance to our dedicated team of case managers. This role will be hands-on, carrying a small case load of complex cases, facilitating outcomes for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. This is a fixed term full time role to June 2026.
