The role As the Team Leader Future Acts, you will be responsible for providing advice in relation to negotiations and multi-party mediation conferences over the grant of resource tenure on land under native title claim, managing operational projects and services, consulting and negotiating on resource access projects with key stakeholders, industry groups, Aboriginal native title representatives, State and local government agencies, community, and other relevant parties.
Additionally, this role contributes to the development of policy and procedures in regard to the "Right to Negotiate" process, and procedures to facilitate the integration of native title and resource sector activities.

Demonstrated experience in interpreting and applying policy and legislation in a regulatory environment. Demonstrated ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, exercise judgement in negotiations and conflict, understand the issues and present persuasive arguments. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team and manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.
