Reporting to the Shift Production Manager you will enjoy leading teams and creating a positive work culture, have a passion for food quality and production equipment and be inspired to drive continuous improvement initiatives.  
Your duties will include: Lead, organize and co-ordinate the team to ensure customer orders are packed to specification and delivery requirementsEnsure packing lines are set up and staff allocations are managed effectively to ensure maximum productivityEnsure team members comply with quality standardsComplete documentation for daily production requirementsCreate an effective team of production personnel through supervision, mentoring, and on-the-job trainingEnsure all organisational policies and procedures, and WHS requirements are consistently metMonitor production equipment and efficienciesThe following skills and attributes will be highly regarded: Experience in a production or food processing environmentPrevious people management experienceExperience with packing linesExcellent organizational skills and ability to make timely decisionsExposure to lean manufacturing practices.If you are enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to fit into our culture and keen to develop your career then this position may suit you.
