What You'll Be Doing:Leading seamless breakfast, lunch, and dinner services – your stamp of excellence will shine on every guest interaction.Working across a 7-day rotating roster, 38hours per weekCoordinating events and conferences like a true superstar, ensuring every moment runs like clockwork.Mentoring and training a team of hospitality champions, fostering growth and smashing service standards.Jumping in during peak periods – nothing is beneath you, and you know teamwork makes the dream work.Managing stock, reporting maintenance issues, and keeping the operation sleek and smooth.Collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.What Makes You a Perfect Fit:Proven leadership of minimum 1-3 years of experience in Food & Beverage.
