From Accounts payable/receivable to audits and leading a team, no day will be the same. About the role You are the backbone to a business, behind the scenes managing the workload of accounts, invoices and payments. Along with this, your leadership skills ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently for the team around you. Oversee workflows of the Accounts Payable, Receivable, Cash, and Bank Management modules. Meet internal and statutory reporting deadlines and lodgement dates. Achieve quality standards through internal controls and adherence to the same. Lead team compliance with Departmental checklists. Undertake internal audits and escalate findings to the Finance Manager. Mentor and develop Finance Officers who report to this position. Participate in departmental and company-wide projects as directed. What you will need to succeed In order to take up this great opportunity, the successful applicant will require the following skills and experience Relevant experience in training, finance, or administration. Experience using electronic accounts processing software. Highly effective interpersonal skills including proficient written and oral communication skills Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
