Join our team to experience a dynamic work environment with potential for advancement and professional development!Applications are sought from suitably qualified Administrators to lead the reception / administration team within the Finance Department at Echuca Regional Health.Key responsibilities include:Provide leadership to the team, oversee staff rostering, and assist the Director of Financial Services with recruitment and performance managementCollaborate with Accountants and staff in the Finance team to support daily operations of Finance and Reception areaAllocate staffing resources efficiently and provide staff education on reception processes and systemsConduct day to day duties with a high-level awareness of privacy and confidentialityActively participate in quality improvement activities and projects as requiredActively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requestedQualifications/experience required:Previous proven leadership experienceDemonstrated advanced clerical / reception skills including strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work within and lead a teamDemonstrated efficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Health Management SystemsCertificate III Business and Health Service Assistance or Certificate IV Office Administration - DesirableWorking for ERHAt ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
