We are looking for someone who has passion for their work and is dedicated to supporting staff and clients. The ideal applicant will have a therapeutic and evidence-based practice approach, experience working with a range of client issues associated with dispute resolutions and homelessness as well as experience supervising employees.
Supporting staff by advising on complex cases and/or co-mediating.Networking with stakeholders, liaising with program stakeholders and attending relevant funding body meetings.Draft reports, review statistics, and contribute to management board reports.Provide regular management supervision with staff and group case management reviews.Provide training to staff on internal processes.What we are looking for We are interested in a strong leader and communicator with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with Senior Management on long-term goals. Someone that can support, mentor, and provide staff with a solution-focused approach.
