It will also be your responsibility to work closely with the Area Leader to ensure that your store is contributing to meet area targets.

What you'll be doing as the Captain in our team of airfare experts…
Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
Coaching and developing team members.
Providing vision and motivation for the team
Maintaining an overall positive office environment
