A key feature to this program is our 'Hub Home' model which is a central place where carers and young people have a place they can come together to create a sense of belonging and community. The Hub Home is a place to provide a space for children and young people, and allow carers to have a break, as well as host regular activities and events year-round. This model helps to create a 'village' of extended support for each child, allowing them to develop positive, healthy attachments with adults who care about their safety and wellbeing.
