About the Role:
The Team Leader is responsible for providing leadership to the implementation and integration of services at the Malak Hub in order for the programs to meet all objectives. This position has a particular focus on promoting the services offered at the Malak Hub, building community awareness, and supporting staff to meet program obligations.
What We Are Looking For:
Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Early Childhood, Social Work or Welfare Studies with substantial experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills encompassing report writing, case note writing and supervision and the ability to communicate effectively with managers, staff, and stakeholders across a range of diverse cultural groups and settings.
Experience in recording and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data in line with program requirements and leading a team to do the same.
