Working within the area of Special Works, the Team Leader will support the day-to-day running of the team that provides timely and appropriate support and services to the families we assist, including crisis and transitional support through program-provided accommodation or outreach to families currently homeless or at risk of homelessness.The Team Leader will play a key role in monitoring and supporting the team with high-quality case reviews, evaluation of service delivery, and providing coaching and reflective practice sessions to deliver service improvement.Our OfferAt Vinnies, we value our employees and are committed to providing a comprehensive range of benefits to enhance the work-life balance and overall well-being of our team.
