Who are we looking for? We're looking for a EUC Systems Team Leader to oversee the EUC Systems Team with a focus on enhancing performance of GHD's EUC services and technologies to drive cloud adoption in a cost effective, stable, and secure way, whilst enhancing customer experiences.
You will: Drive GHD 's cloud first strategy and adoption to leverage Microsoft's Modern Device Management solutions.Define, manage solutions, and provide technical subject matter expertise relating to the EUC Systems Teams.Co-develop and deliver continuous service improvement roadmaps of EUC technologies.Management of a large global EUC fleet (12000+ workstations/5000+ Mobile Devices) Windows 10 using Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Endpoints Manager (MEM/InTune).Ensure EUC Technologies are secured and aligned to GHD Information Security compliances.Provide team support across Incident, Problem, Request and Change management activities which are ITIL aligned.Partner with various stakeholders and other IS Functions/Management to drive our EUC vision of being a trusted business advisor vision.Develop and maintain collaborative and positive relationships with your team, peers and other IS teams.Leadership and guidance of your team to foster a high performing, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.Set clear goals and expectations, provide ongoing feedback and development, effectively manage conflicts and address team issues.Facilitate open communication, knowledge sharing and cross skilling across your teams and stakeholders whilst collaborating with a view to automate and hand over operational tasks to broader IS teams.Enhance customer experience and excellence including clear impact communications with ongoing efforts to improve service levels.Conduct regular 1:1s, quarterly check-ins, wellbeing checks and team meetings with your team.Manage recruitment and on-boarding activities for any new team members to support a positive employee experience.About you: Have extensive Microsoft Endpoints Manager (Intune) skills and experience including mobile device management.Experience with Co-Management Devices, Microsoft AutoPilot, Microsoft Configuration Profiles and Group Policies, Cloud Application Migrations to Intune.Experience in a global system administrator role/environment working across 3rd level design and maintenance with Microsoft SCCM environment.Passion for innovation and best practice with an ability to foster positive relationships across a complex organization.Ability to influence, drive change and lead a team to the next level.Microsoft MD-101, Microsoft 365: Managing Modern Desktop certification and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 certification desired.This is a permanent opportunity with location being flexible as GHD has offices throughout Australia (East Coast).
