We are seeking a Team Leader Enterprise Services to join Digital Business Solutions, Administrative Division.
The Team Leader, Enterprise Services, is pivotal to overseeing the management and optimisation of hardware, software, and print vendors, contracts, and managed services. This role is crucial in ensuring that these services are efficiently integrated, deliver exceptional value, and are cost-optimised to support the university's strategic goals.We're offering this role as a hybrid position as part of QUT's commitment to embracing the opportunities created by a more virtual and connected world.

What you need to succeed
Education, training, and/or relevant experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications in business, IT, or a related field, combined with experience in vendor and contract management.
Demonstrated experience in leading the management of complex vendor relationships and contracts including the oversight of significant budgets, ensuring cost optimisation and value delivery from vendor services.
Proven analytical skills, with experience in providing detailed reporting and dashboards to monitor service performance, effectiveness, and budget alignment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, fostering alignment with university objectives and strong partnerships with external providers.
Demonstrated experience driving service improvement initiatives, with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement coupled with a strong understanding of risk management and compliance related to vendor contracts and service delivery.
Demonstrated knowledge of industry trends and best practices in vendor and contract management, with a commitment to leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and strategic alignment.
