About the role:The Enterprise Team Leader will lead a team of developers working on projects from the enterprise backlog and help resolve production issues for Altium 365 enterprise customers.A day in the life of our Enterprise Team Leader:

Leading and managing an engineering team and projectsCollaboration with both Altium's and customers' engineering teamsInvestigating and resolving performance issues and specific casesWriting and reviewing code (50% of the time)Collaboration with:o Enterprise customerso Customer Successo Product Managerso Quality AssuranceOverseeing daily team operationsContribution to the full software development lifecycleWho We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience within team and project leadership10+ years of software engineering experienceExperience working in reputable companies with international teamsWillingness to learn Altium 365 Platform and new technologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a "Getting Things Done" attitude.Technical skills:o Senior-level knowledge of .NET platform and C# language (.NET framework, .NET Core, REST API, etc.
)o Resolving production issues (analyzing application logs, crash dumps, tracing, etc.
)o Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations
