Team Leader, Enterprise Engineering Team Portugal Remote

About the role: The Enterprise Team Leader will lead a team of developers working on projects from the enterprise backlog and help resolve production issues for Altium 365 enterprise customers. A day in the life of our Enterprise Team Leader: Leading and managing an engineering team and projects Collaboration with both Altium's and customers' engineering teams Investigating and resolving performance issues and specific cases Writing and reviewing code (50% of the time) Collaboration with:o Enterprise customerso Customer Successo Product Managerso Quality Assurance Overseeing daily team operations Contribution to the full software development lifecycle Who We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience within team and project leadership 10+ years of software engineering experience Experience working in reputable companies with international teams Willingness to learn Altium 365 Platform and new technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a "Getting Things Done" attitude. Technical skills:o Senior-level knowledge of. NET platform and C# language (. NET framework,.
