Salary range $135,459 – $157,027 plus super

About the role:
To put it simply... you will use your technical experience to lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
You will be involved in providing strategic input to maintenance plans to support the ongoing viability of hydropower assets that have been operating for over 100 years!
As Team Leader - Electrical you will be:
Providing key input into Production and Maintenance decisions, by utilising your technical expertise to support plant reliability and condition information.
Developing and leading a team to possess the skills, experience, and behaviours to effectively implement and manage the operation of assets.
Contributing to the creation of resource and succession plans and taking responsibility for the development of your team members.
Ensuring projects and maintenance activities are appropriately resourced to secure productive outcomes.
