About the RoleThis leadership role is your chance to step into a pivotal position managing and directing electrical and air conditioning services. From overseeing projects and quoting to fostering team productivity, you'll ensure the company continues delivering outstanding results to its clients. Reporting directly to management, you'll play a critical role in mentoring your team, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities Manage all electrical and air conditioning services.Delegate and direct service tasks while tracking project progress.Provide quotes and estimates for small to medium-sized projects.Monitor and update invoices and manage inventory systems.Train employees in safety protocols and company procedures.Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and innovations.About YouYou are a dynamic and motivated leader with at least 5 years of experience in domestic maintenance and service roles. You thrive under pressure, are highly organised, and are passionate about leading teams to deliver outstanding results for clients.
