Team Leader - Disability Support Worker - DARWINCocoon SDA Care provides support staff to NDIS-registered provider.

Our highly skilled and passionate team is dedicated to supporting our Participants to live life to the full.About the roleLead a team of disability support workers.Manage day-to-day operations of accommodation.Oversee accommodation budget and expenditure.Carry out any maintenance required at accommodation.Liaise with allied health professionals.Effectively manage roster and staff issues.Monitor health and wellbeing of participants and staff.Organize different recreational activities for participants.Encourage team and participants to meet their goals.Coordinate team meetings and coach staff.Manage rosters and submit progress reports.Coordinate meals, activities, and appointments.Additional skillsets and experienceManual handling and personal care skillsCultural skills and knowledgeExperienced support workerLeadershipMedication administrationCompliance knowledge will be an advantageIf you have a passion for supporting individuals to realize their full potential, make choices, and be in control of the decisions that affect their lives, this could be the opportunity for you.What's in for you?You'll experience a rewarding career where your skills and commitment are recognized and rewarded.
