About the role To lead a team of disability support workers.Management of Day-to-day operation of accommodation.Management of accommodation budget and expenditure.Carryout any maintenance required at accommodation.Liaise with allied health professionals.Effective management of roster and staff issues.Monitor health and wellbeing of participants and staff.Organizing different recreational activities for participants.Encouraging team and participants to meet their goals.Coordinating team meetings and coaching staff.Manage rosters and submit progress reports.Coordinating meals, activities and appointments.Additional skillsets and experience Manual Handling and personal care skillsCultural skills and knowledgeExperienced support workerLeadershipExcellent communication skillsMedication administrationCompliance knowledge will be an advantageIf you have a passion for supporting individuals to realisetheir full potential, make choices and be in control of the decisions that affect their lives,this could be the opportunity for you.
