Our highly skilled and passionate team is dedicated to supporting our Participants to live life to the full.About the roleTo lead a team of disability support workers.Management of Day-to-day operation of accommodation.Management of accommodation budget and expenditure.Carryout any maintenance required at accommodation.Liaise with allied health professionals.Effective management of roster and staff issues.Monitor health and wellbeing of participants and staff.Organizing different recreational activities for participants.Encouraging team and participants to meet their goals.Coordinating team meetings and coaching staff.Manage rosters and submit progress reports.Coordinating meals, activities and appointments.Additional skillsets and experienceManual Handling and personal care skillsCultural skills and knowledgeExperienced support workerLeadershipExcellent communication skillsMedication administrationCompliance knowledge will be an advantageIf you have a passion for supporting individuals to realise their full potential, make choices and be in control of the decisions that affect their lives, this could be the opportunity for you.What's in for you?You'll experience a rewarding career where your skills and commitment are recognised and rewarded.
