Team Leader – Disability Support

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Disability Team Leader to join our team in Launceston, Tasmania.As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small team, facilitating the delivery of high-quality services to participants with complex needs. Along with managing daily administration and reporting, site operations and compliance tasks, you will provide leadership and support to your team ensuring participants outcomes are maximised.You will provide effective leadership and oversite of the program and/or worksite by prominently working in the field.
