About the team
The Digital Experience and Strategy (DES) team is part of the OFWO's Corporate Group.
The DES team centrally manage and maintain the agency's digital advice and education channels, including fairwork.gov.au , horticulture.fairwork.gov.au , smallbusiness.fairwork.gov.au and the agency's virtual assistant, to ensure they are accessible, reliable and credible sources of information for our online customers.
We work in partnership with business units across the organisation to deliver exceptional digital experiences for our customers and stakeholders, informed by evidence, expertise and best practice.
