In addition, the Team Leader, Digital Adoption Support will have significant stakeholder interaction in facilitating the registration process on My Health Record including collaboration with suppliers, troubleshooting with third parties, and presenting at Agency-led education sessions.What You'll BringProven record as an operational team leader and in delivering outcomesAbility to effectively relate and communicate with a culturally diverse teamAbility to manage a team across multiple locations nationallyDesirable but not essential is an understanding of the My Health Record registration process, and PCA (Provider Connect Australia).Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.Additional InformationThe position may be filled in Brisbane, Sydney, or Canberra. Office attendance operates under a hybrid arrangement, with some in-office days required weekly.
