We are currently seeking multiple candidates to be Assessing Team Leaders within their Home Claims team, who will be leading teams that are carrying out digital/virtual/in-person assessments of properties insured by our client to determine cause, coverage & repair of damages.
Your new role Reporting to the Building & Assessing Team Leader, the Assessing Team Leader is responsible for the end-to-end management of allocated claims.
You will establish the cause of damage as well as determining the scope and cost of repair to insured properties, whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
