IDCARE is Australia's national identity and cyber support community service.
Our organisation provides community members, small businesses, and organisations with specialist client care where personal, account and credential information is compromised.
IDCARE is an office-based work environment, with flexible work practices and operates extended business hours Monday to Friday between 7am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm AEST.
Full time hours for this role are 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
About the Role As a Team Leader, you will drive team performance, provide expert guidance, and lead customer engagement while ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key areas include:
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of cyber security advisors to deliver exceptional service and timely responses to clients.Customer Focus: Oversee case management, breach response, and cyber resilience services, ensuring our clients receive outstanding support.Incident Response: Guide your team through complex cyber security incidents, providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.Team Development: Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other teams to improve processes, share knowledge, and enhance service delivery.About You: We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused leader who knows how to motivate and develop a team while also driving performance.

Our ideal candidate will have:
Proven Leadership Experience: 2+ years leading technical or customer service teams.Customer Service Expertise: Experience in managing customer-facing teams and resolving complex client issues.Excellent Communication Skills: Written and verbal.Cyber Security Knowledge: A solid understanding of cyber security principles, data breach response, and privacy laws (Australia and NZ).Certifications (Bonus): CISSP, CISM, or similar cyber security qualifications.IDCARE is here to provide you with specialist support and guidance when faced with a cyber and identity-related issue.
