Join our team as a Team Leader and play a vital role in shaping the planning, delivery, and evaluation of our Country Wellness Connections (CWC) and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) programs in a collaborative and supportive organisation. About the role: Full-time Monday to Friday (75 hours per fortnight)Choice of location – Port Lincoln, Port Augusta, Whyalla or Port PirieThe Team Leader is primarily responsible for providing strong operational and leadership support to the CWC and NDIS teams, ensuring the efficient planning, delivery, reporting, and evaluation of a multidisciplinary program. The role focuses on a collaborative environment promoting safe, high-quality evidence-based practices and will suit an experienced leader who has a proactive and adaptive approach to leverage technology in connecting with the team to ensure objectives are met with excellence.
About You: Relevant Bachelor or tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Mental Health or related discipline or a demonstrated history working within a similar role for a minimum period of 3 years.Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) Registration or Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as applicable to qualifications.Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, lead and mentor a team (remote team management an advantage).Ability to influence others, including the ability to educate, sponsor, coach, counsel and lead staff.Demonstrated experience establishing, managing and developing operational systems for a health or community services or NDIS services organisation.What's on offer?
