Team Leader Customer Support & Administration

The City of Mount Gambier is seeking an experienced Team Leader, Customer Support & Administration to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, efficient, and responsive customer support and administrative services.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure alignment with the organisation's strategic priorities, foster a high-performance culture, and continuously improve the customer experience.
You will oversee administrative support for key functions, including receipting and payment processing, management of organisational assets such as key registers and fleet vehicles, and ensuring legislative compliance in line with statutory requirements and delegations, all while championing exceptional customer service.
