Team Leader Customer Service

As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department, ensuring the team provides top-notch support and guidance to valued customers.
You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of customer care, managing daily operations, and leading a team of customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the customer service team to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional service.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service management role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team, set goals and manage performance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
