About the Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of credit analysts and support officers, guiding them to conduct thorough research and accurately articulate customer risk profiles.
You'll ensure trading terms and credit limits align with the appropriate risk assessment, balancing opportunity and risk effectively.
Additionally, you will oversee the credit administration function, focusing on minimising risk through proactive management of account closures and ownership changes for customer venues.

In this Role
• Lead professional and efficient customer onboarding and credit administration processes
• Train, develop, and manage credit administration staff to ensure high performance
• Design and implement controls to minimise credit-related risks and ensure compliance
• Oversee credit risk management, including data analytics, risk assessment, and customer terms
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to protect ALM's interests and improve outcomes
• Drive projects to enhance customer experience, improve platforms, and reduce credit risk exposure
You're Likely a Match If you have
• Good leadership and development of people skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Excellent subject matter investigative and report writing skills
• Knowledge and experience in PPSR legislation
• Knowledge and experience of consumer and commercial credit legislation
• Prior experience in managing a team of credit administration professionals
