The Team Leader, Court Link position provides leadership and management to case managers in multiple Court Link locations.
There are four positions available as follows:
Permanent Team Leader based in Cairns overseeing: Cairns and Mount Isa with further sites in future.Permanent Team Leader based in Caboolture overseeing: Caboolture, Maroochydore, Redcliffe and Pine Rivers.Temporary Team Leader until 30 June 2025 with a possibility of extension based in Brisbane overseeing: Brisbane.Temporary Team Leader until 24 October 2025 with a possibility of extension based in Southport overseeing: Southport and Holland Park.Job detailsPosition status: Permanent, Temporary

ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team of case managers providing support to people on bail with a range of complex needs.Co-ordinate the day-to-day delivery of the Court Link program in the designated courts, in line with organisational and program specific policies, procedures and frameworks.Co-ordinate and manage relevant service delivery locations ensuring the appropriate management of financial and human resource responsibilities including the performance management and professional development of individual staff and teams.Provide supervision, coaching, mentoring and professional consultative advice to staff in relation to their case management of Court Link participants to support quality practice and a continuous improvement service delivery ethos.Provide oversight to support the team to manage the team caseload of program participants who have complex needs.Monitor and verify Court Link program activities, including administration of case files, assessments, case planning, court reporting and advisory functions to ensure that Court Link program policies and procedures are appropriately implemented and identification of practice improvements that will enhance the quality of the program.Support the development of policies and procedures for Court Link and manage the implementation of new services and/or delivery sites as required.Develop, maintain, and strengthen effective relationships with service providers and other stakeholders including the judiciary and other government and non-government organisations in relevant service delivery locations.Identify engagement opportunities to promote and build the profile of Court Link, including representation of the agency at meetings with stakeholders and partners.Ensure information requirements are identified and appropriate data collection and reporting activity occurs to meet internal needs and external reporting, monitoring and evaluation.Applications will remain current for 12 months.
