Team Leader Counselling, Family & Parenting - Tennant CreekThis role involves leading and integrating programs focused on counselling, children and parenting, and youth enhanced services. The aim is to support and strengthen family relationships, enhance children's and young people's wellbeing and mental health, and assist families in managing issues arising from relationships, including family violence.
The Team Leader is responsible for the implementation, leadership, and integration of the specified programs to meet their objectives. This includes leading and mentoring program staff, applying professional knowledge, and managing complex client work.
