As the Team Leader, Client Services, you will demonstrate ownership of the quality of client services through leading the Client Services Support team, ensuring adequate rostering, delegating tasks and providing coaching and training to the Client Service Support Assistants.Key responsibilities include:Assist in the recruitment process of hiring staff through internal and external agencies. Develop and maintain a training and operating procedures document for use when onboarding new Client Services Support team members.Manage escalated client enquiries and provide subsequent support or coaching to Client Service Assistants.Assist the Senior Manager of Client Engagement in highlighting operational risks and areas for improvement.Organise one-on-one staff meetings and development plans, and ensure training is maintained for all Client Services team members.
