An exciting opportunity presents itself for a motivated and innovative Team Leader of Centre Operations to work within AquaZone.
AquaZone is Warrnambool's indoor aquatic and leisure centre which provides equitable and affordable access to a wide range of aquatic and fitness activities that aim to enhance participation and promote social connection and inclusion. AquaZone has a range of facilities including indoor and outdoor heated pools, a large gymnasium, a program room, spin bike studio, and also offers a wide range of aquatics and health and fitness programs.
The Team Leader Centre Operations is responsible for overseeing and providing an efficient and effective lifeguarding service and plant operations that ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming environment.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading a team within a public recreation facility, knowledge and experience in pool plant and equipment, a high level of customer service and the ability to work within a diverse team.
The Benefits
This is a permanent full time position working 76 hours per fortnight, with a starting salary of $71,931.74 per annum + superannuation with the opportunity to progress through Councils banding levels.
