Team Leader - Central Support Team

About the Role As a Central Support Team Leader, you will lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team who are based remotely and support older Australians with their aged care journey.
Your team will be responsible for conducting Triage, Support Plan Reviews and making Delegate decisions as per the revised Aged Care Act.
You will benefit from a full induction training program to set you up for success to enable better lives for older Australians.
