We are looking for an experienced Team Leader/Branch Manager to join our team!
This hands-on role is suited to an employment services or recruitment professional with proven experience in managing and driving teams to achieve employment outcomes.

What we offer:
Fully paid on the job training Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Attractive base salary + superannuation Professional development and career growth opportunities Friday Nibbles from 4:30pm
The key duties of this role include:
Provide the Regional Manager and National Employment Services Manager with advice regarding operational performance, activities and development. The day-to-day operational management of the branch. Lead the recruitment team to achieve business targets. Staff training and development. Driving an outstanding customer experience for our local employers and job seekers.
About you:
Proven experience either in Employment Services or Recruitment and success in leading teams, setting clear goals, and managing performance in a dynamic, target-driven environment. You have a genuine interest in understanding the needs of both clients and team members, with an ability to create a positive and inclusive environment. Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with community partners, employers, and clients to create mutually beneficial employment opportunities. You excel in identifying and overcoming challenges, using data-driven decision-making to improve outcomes and meet service targets. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily adapting to changes in industry standards, policies, and client needs.
