Job details We have a fantastic opportunity to join GOTAFE as the Team Leader Assets and Environment.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing GOTAFE's Asset Management Framework and Environmental Management Strategy.
You'll lead a dynamic team to ensure the efficient management of campus assets, facilities, and environmental initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by overseeing asset planning and maintenance while helping to create an operationally efficient and sustainable environment that supports GOTAFE's growth and goals.
As the successful candidate you will have: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams in a multi-site environment.Knowledge of project management, asset management, and facility management.Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Financial and budget management experience, ideally with an understanding of regulations and legislation related to property and building assets.Highly developed problem solving skills.A relevant tertiary qualification.Minimum Requirements: If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:
A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)A current Driver's Licence (Car).The salary range for this position is $108,038-$117,689 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
