What We Offer : Full-Time Stability : Permanent roles with competitive pay, including holiday and sick leave, superannuation, and full benefits. Competitive Pay : Earn above-award wages $65,000+ for Gardeners and $72,000+ for Team Leaders, plus a company vehicle. Your Role : Softscape maintenance of high-end residential and select commercial properties. General garden maintenance, including mowing, edging, planting, mulching, hedging, and pest management. Contribute to exceptional landscaping projects while providing top-quality service. Requirements
What You Bring : Experience in residential garden maintenance (required). Reliable transport to our HQ and a valid Queensland driver's license (manual preferred). White Card. Positive attitude, team spirit, and a strong work ethic. Benefits
