Physiotherapy, OT & Rehabilitation (Healthcare & Medical) Holistic Strength is a local Perth based business, on a mission to provide the most holistic allied health services in WA. We do this by collaborating with other providers internally and externally, offering easily accessible allied health services in the community (people's homes, schools, local rec centers, local parks etc), thinking outside the box and drawing from our life experience to give tailored advice to each individual under our care. All so that we get great results. Our vision is to create a community through the Holistic Strength connection that all of our clients have. This means that we don't just offer therapy in the conventional form but we also offer regular social, health and fitness events to participate in. As a small business, we highly value our staff, we have the flexibility to adapt as required really quickly and we find that no two participants are ever the same, which provides variety and reward for our team.
Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification and registration in an allied health discipline.Minimum of 5 years' experience as a health professional.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.Passion for health, fitness, and holistic wellness.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.Understanding of several schemes such as the NDIS, Aged Care, Medicare and the operational requirements within them.NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, Working with Children Check, First Aid and a valid WA driver's license.Tasks & Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapist, Dietitian, Therapy Assistant and admin staff to achieve their best performance.Manage day-to-day operations, including staff schedules, client appointments, and new enquiries.Monitor and ensure the highest standards of customer service, addressing client needs and resolving any issues.Provide mentorship and support to team members, encouraging professional growth and maintaining a positive team culture.Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop strategies to enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction.Help grow service offerings to expand therapy disciplines to include Speech Therapy and Psychology.Track and report team performance metrics, including client retention, satisfaction, and service delivery goals.Connect with internal and external stakeholders.Assist with staff culture, recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.Ensure adherence to health and safety standards within the operations.Monthly staff events outside of work, ranging from drinks to adventure activities.Flexible hours and work from home opportunities.Professional development through regular multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss certain participants and disabilities.Guidance and support with autonomy to implement change for the better.Personal development pathway creation with your manager that aligns with your future ambitions.Positive and energetic work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
