Allied Health Department are looking for a Team Leader - Allied Health Assistant to join their team. The Bayside Allied Health Team work across Redland Hospital, Redlands Satellite Hospital, Wynnum Manly Community Health Service Centre, Pandanus Unit, Redland Residential Care and within the community. Bayside Allied Health Assistants support a multi-disciplinary team: Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work and the Eat Walk Engage Program.

About the Role
Development and maintain AHA orientation procedures to assist with service delivery.Facilitate and oversee the impress ordering system, maintaining budget compliance.Monitor and review data entered into ie MR. Evaluate and incorporate any changes to ensure AHA statistics are captured correctly in the allied health dashboard.Develop and manage AHA workplace guidelines and procedures.
