Team Leader, Administration/Property Services Contact: Acting Inspector Brad HALL03 5336 6044 or ****** About the roleTo provide oversight and supervision of VPS personal, engaged with the recording, secure storage and handling of property items (exhibits etc) in Police storage. Will include exposure to various items, including firearms and prohibited substances (all of which, will be rendered safe prior to handling).Supervise and undertake station administration, and be accountable for providing motivation, performance feedback and coordination of training activities to team members, as appropriate.As the successful applicant your duties will include:Management and oversight of VPS staff engaged in exhibit handling.Management of administration personal (including remotely)Assisting in Station Administrative duties as requiredMinute Taking and other reporting.Development and Welfare requirements of VPS personalAs the successful applicant, you will have:Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong work ethicAbility to work in a small team.Strong understanding and adherence to data and information security practicesRequirements and relevant informationThe usual place of work will be Ballarat Police Complex, 20 Dana Street, Ballarat.
