That's refreshing.We have an opportunity for a Team Leader, Access & Outage Planning to take the lead in coordinating and delivering scheduled outages, ensuring safety, compliance, and minimal disruption to our network.
Your work will directly support AusNet's critical infrastructure and contribute to Victoria's clean energy transition.With a 3/2 hybrid split (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH), this role is based in our Flinders Street office and is part of the Network Operations & Safety team.This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:Leading a team to manage outage schedules and coordinate network access.Promoting a positive, productive work environment through mentorship and coaching.Ensuring compliance with industry standards, including customer notification protocols.Identifying and implementing process improvements.Monitoring and maintaining high performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets.Supporting continuous improvement of network accuracy and customer experience.Contributing to data accuracy and risk mitigation in all planned outages.Facilitating training and knowledge-sharing within the Access & Outage Planning team.You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:Experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in an operational or planning role.At least 2 years in a leadership position, mentoring and developing team members.Strong understanding of electricity distribution networks and compliance standards.Problem-solving skills and experience managing complex challenges.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Familiarity with industry safety standards, including the Code of Practice on Electrical Safety.A real place to belongWe celebrate unique voices, refreshing perspectives, and diversity in our team.
