Based in UniSA Creative at the Magill and City West Campus
Full-time, fixed term contract until November 2025
Commencement Salary: $87,955 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role
Reporting to the Program Services Manager, UniSA Creative, you will be the Academic Unit's key reference point for academic administration and a conduit between the Academic Unit and Central Units. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct and consistent interpretation and application of the University's academic administration policies and procedures within the Academic Unit. You will lead and support a team (across multiple locations) who are responsible for a range of general administrative activities.
Essential Skills and Experience
An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
Strong transformational leadership capabilities, demonstrated by experience in leading and managing a team in a complex service environment, and driving its performance and positive contribution to workplace culture
Demonstrated previous experience working in a senior administrative position in a complex service environment, including leading a team in the provision of superior quality customer service
High level verbal and interpersonal and problem-solving skills including experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to provide advice and recommendations to senior staff
Highly developed organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines while working independently and as a member of a team
