Team Lead Structural Engineer Opportunity - Geelong This is an excellent opportunity for a team lead structural engineer with ideally 7 years experience to join a boutique engineering consultancy who are growing their team in Geelong.
This business has an excellent working culture, team environment and career development opportunities as you will be managing a team of 5 structural engineers. There is also opportunity to work on interstate projects and support their offices across VIC.

Qualifications Bachelor degree in civil / structural engineeringIdeally seeking 7 years + experience in a structural design consultancy in AustraliaFamiliar with Australian design codes and able to deliver work that is compliant with regulationsAdequate skills in design and drafting software including Revit, AutoCAD, SpaceGass, Structural Toolkit, Tekla TEDDS and RAPTExperience in designing structures in timber, steel and concreteTeam focused attitude with the ability to work independentlyGood communicator, both verbal and writtenPrevious experience in managing and mentoring junior engineers.
