Their passionate multi disciplinary team are rapidly growing and expanding across Western Victoria to help support more individuals work towards and achieve their goals.About The RoleWe are currently seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to take on a Team Lead community role in Ballarat.In this role you will work as part of a broader multidisciplinary team, providing assessments and effective therapeutic interventions that have a focus on building functional capacity. Also enjoy developing therapy plans with the goal of improving life satisfaction, function, and better social/community participation.Work with a broad range of clientele where they live, work, learn and play, including their homes, workplace, or schools, as well as out in the broader community. See clients aged from 2-65 years, all under the NDIS.
