We are looking for a Team Leader who will oversee the direction of an Information Technology (IT) area within our payments domain, while leading and developing individuals and teams to achieve goals and deliver RBA outcomes.
This opportunity will enable you to get some of the best learning experiences on unique systems that are not available elsewhere.
About You: The ability to form a team of innovative and curious individuals and provide the guidance to deliver critical technology changes Proven experience in delivering major development projects, problem resolution, and leading technical teams Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, both business and technical facing A foundation in Java Development and/or Infrastructure concepts and design would be welcomed Why RBA?
