We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Team Lead Process Safety Improvement to join our Operations team in Perth, Brisbane or Melbourne on a Permanent Full Time Role.
Reporting to the Manager Process Optimisation, you will play a key role in leading the development of the process safety strategy at APA and the required tools, processes, improvement projects and cultural change to increase process safety maturity.
Key Responsibilities Lead process safety strategy in the HSEH strategic plan.Develop and embed a process safety framework across all APA divisions.Implement a cultural program to raise awareness of process safety and barrier thinking.Deliver initiatives to enhance process safety maturity within the business.Develop and report on process safety KPIs.Embed a process safety assurance program and represent APA in industry safety groups such as IChemE Safety Centre (ISC) and Safer Together and engage the business to realise maximum membership benefit.About You Extensive experience in process safety (Oil & Gas or energy industry)Proven experience in managing various stakeholdersProven capability to improve operations processesProven capability in project managementExperience in process safety management processes.Working at APA
