Early Start Australia is a national organisation committed to delivering evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children, young adults and families. 
The Early Start team are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead and develop a growing team in their Durack clinic.
What is in it for you? Salary range of $90,000 – $110,000 + super  Up to $3,500 relocation assistance through NT PHN Additional relocation support from Early Start  Professional development allowance & leave Access to the CPD grants through the NT PHN Flexible working hours   What is the role? Manage a caseload of children and families Provide leadership and clinical supervision to a team of therapists Provide expert consultation and support to the multidisciplinary team Support the clinical team and oversee activity to achieve best practice, quality and outcomes for children and families Develop clinic resources to ensure best practice standards and ongoing continuous quality improvement Opportunity to join the remote services team to provide services to children and young people in remote NT communities Is this the right role for you? Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration  Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team An understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) people  Leadership experience highly desirable  National Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker's Screening Check First Aid Certificate, Driver's License and vehicle.  NT PHN/RWA NT  may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance  to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
