You will be involved with training and supporting junior occupational therapists and nurturing and mentoring OT students, have your opinion heard in business development, assisting with how you think the templates and protocols should be and involved in hiring to ensure you work with great people to support the vision. You are expected to keep up to date with current compliance and legislative requirements within the funding bodies and occupational therapy realm.
